I’ve been working with Dorit for many months now and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. She’s a skilled copywriter who delivers truly exceptional content on time and every time – definitely one of the most competent, passionate and responsive writers I’ve ever worked with. I‘d happily keep working with and recommend her without hesitation.
"I was not comfortable blogging. That may be an understatement. It was an experience I agonized over and I would have preferred to have a root canal. As a result of Dorit’s coaching, I learned the differences between traditional journalling and blogging. I am more focused on refining the key words that will brand my blog to my book. Now blogging comes more naturally. I am brave enough to post my blogs and feel a sense of accomplishment when I do so. Many people have liked my blog posts, I have gotten comments as well as new followers."

Wonderful, wonderful program on Friday, Christine Kloser, Kimberly Burnham, and Dorit Sasson. My takeaway was the possibility that my health can be transformed through story. Wow! The nocebo effect or my thoughts and expectations create my world. Love it. Thank you to all of you.

I wanted send a big big thank you to Christine Kloser, Dorit Sasson, and Kimberly Burnham for sharing their insights on "The Power of Story." I concluded my busy busy weekend on Sunday evening with the recording and was so touched to remember that I get to call these amazing women my dear friends, peers and sisters. You guys rocked that call! Congratulations!
The "Blog Your Memoir and Make Money" teleseminar was both informational and inspirational. The tips are great for the practical side of things, and helped generate ideas for topics to blog about. I also like your idea of sharing your courage and the approach of working from your passion and then the money will follow, and focusing on making connections.

Linda Joy Myers, president of the National Association of Memoir Writers had to say this in light of my winning story, “Life After Birth.”
Great story Dorit. Mothers of every age must struggle with those who want us to conform to whatever their ideas are. And I love that you show that art and voice helps us stay true to ourselves.

I can always count on Dorit Sasson when I'm in the mood to listen informative and interesting interviews about writing and the writer's life. She has a holistic, very authentic way about her that I love, as well as a voice and tone that always leave me serene and inspired.
I came to Dorit because of her extensive knowledge in storytelling as a way of transporting and transforming readers through the sharing of personal anecdotes. Before engaging her, I was stuck in my understanding of how to express my turning points as the character at the moment in the narrative of my memoir versus how that turning point transformed and impacted me in retrospect given the number of years and additional experiences I have had subsequent.
I understand now that there are times when the reflection on a turning point should be based on my characters understanding at that specific time of the turning point. However, there are other times when the reflection is more beneficial with time between the actual turning point and the true understanding of the transformation based on the event. This has helped give me a clearer comprehension of when and how to share with my reader how the events in my story have affected me most.

Dorit Sasson and I are about to be published in Pebbles in the Pond, Transforming the World One Person at a Time along with 40 other authors. Over the last year or so, I have read Dorit's writing, heard her tell her story, and witnessed the exuberance and skill with which she communicates in the world. As part of the same mastermind group Dorit and I have shared a journey in crafting our messages in ways that reach a greater number of people. I have developed a tremendous amount of respect for Dorit and the way she looks inward at her life, cultural upbringing and the society she lives in, then shares her knowledge, learning and vulnerability with those around her. She truly shares her ability to give voice to her thoughts, ideas and knowledge in a way that empowers others to learn from her example and share their own stories.

I have had the privilege of working with Dorit on the Pebbles in the Pond - Transforming the World One Person at a Time anthology. This was more than a book - this was a collaboration - a coming together of transformational people from all over the globe - to write, share, heal and grow -- and to encourage others to do the same. We met daily in an interactive private Facebook site over the last year, and weekly or twice a month on a phone teleseminar. We got to know each other quite well. During this time I got to know of Dorit's character:
her determination, her drive, her honesty and her courage.
But it wasn't until a one week retreat at Pearlstone retreat center in MD this Spring that I saw her in action. Wow! I,(among many of the Pebbles authors in attendance), nearly came out of my seat to shout: "Dorit - you need to take it to the stage! You are a story teller! You are a One Woman Show!"
During this retreat of the Pebbles group - Dorit entertained us with her stories and with her personality - which was a story in and of itself. From personal growth, to navigating global cultures and climates - Dorit had a wild and kooky story -- or maybe the story was heartfelt and sometimes painful - but with Dorit's wild, kooky, honest and loving telling - it made it okay for us to bare our souls and hear the whole story and be better for having heard it.
She is a gem. I highly recommend her and I am proud I know her and proud of her for giving a voice to her beautiful voice.

Creating Calm Within Chaos
I am still in the infancy stage of my writing. In the beginning my writing was all over the place. Dorit helped me focus and have accountability. Now my writing is still all over the place but I am so much more mindful and can see where I will be able to connect the dots.
Dorit has a gift for making you feel comfortable. She has a way of asking you questions that make you focus on who you are to develop your story and deliver it to the world. I love talking to Dorit as we learn a lot from each other and always have fun. Thank you Dorit for continuing to develop and give voice to my story.

Dorit, your website is beautiful. The green colors and yellow are so artistically pleasing. To sign up and go through the various links were a breeze, right up there with the most sophisticated web-sites. Thank you for organizing this group and I look forward to writing with you in the future
Come listen to the amazing Dorit Sasson share and honor her mother, Carmen Czernik Elvaiah by depicting her life in music. Furthermore, she shares with you a deeper understanding of what it means to honor a mother-daughter relationship through the power of personal stories. I am listening now to your premiere show and I love how you own personal stories! The examples of rejection was powerful. Devotion and persistence/dedication is so important! Furthermore, it is true about lessons and memories becoming a person's legacy!
- I have been trying to discover my story/message for approximately two years.
-I took classes, hired someone but nothing was helpful
-I was getting very frustrated - really needed this to move business forward.
Took Dorit's prog...ram - wow, amazing the progress I made in just five weeks. Her process challenged me to dig deep and to examine everything from my heart. There were many insights and ahas. She gave me the tools to examine my intentions, goals, to process my life experiences. As a result I was finally able to clarify my purpose and consequently my story and message.

In the homestudy program "Giving Voice to the Voiceless: A 5 Step Program to Transforming Your Life and Business in Story," Dorit leads by example, taking the listener, the would be storyteller by the hand step by step until the words come.
As I listened to Dorit's own story of transformation I had the sense that at one time she might have said to herself, "Telling my story is too hard."
I appreciate her perseverance through the challenging silence and her ability to step up using her experience, skills and knowledge to offer a hand to those who have not yet found the voice to express their story.
She is quite the storyteller and a brilliant example to all of us.

Prior to the study sessions about story I was struggling with getting my story written and some fear with talking about it. Dorit made telling my story mush easier than I had previously felt it was going to be. She was very clear as to how to do it. The modules were clear, helpful and gave me a sense of hope in getting to where I wanted to go with my story. I now have an outline and I have learned to weave my story in and out of a more general story and I'm able to incorporate authentic and emotions. Module 5 for example helped me express myself after I formed my story in logical sequence. I feel more comfortable creatively expressing my story. It's a topic to top it all off and it's nice to know I can pull out any of these 5 modules anytime. The materials are versatile in the sense that they work with you as you grow and develop.

Dorit's "5 Step Self-Study Program to Transforming your Life and Business in Story" is exactly what I needed. I was looking for a way to transform my life story into a business tool and simply had no idea how to start. Now, with Dorit's generous and authentic homestudy program, I can see my way through the maze and into clarity. Dorit really gives from her heart and has helped me to see how my story can be the basis for a genuine heart-centred business. Thank you so much for your ingenuity and integrity in producing this wonderful program Dorit.

Before taking Dorit’s story writing program, I used to struggle with what story to share, as well as how and where I would share it. It wasn’t clear to me exactly what I wanted to communicate. I knew my listeners/readers would benefit from my personal journey so they could connect with me and get how I could help them, I simply didn’t know which story. So I didn’t share anything! I felt writing my book was more of a chore than a labor of love. I lacked confidence in how I was communicating and felt I couldn’t engage my target audience until the book was complete!
Whilst listening to Dorit, and absorbing her message about the story writing process, I began to unravel where my story would be of most value. I learned how to structure it, so it could provide the transformation for those who hear or read it. I became inspired by the idea of structuring my story using her formula for writing it. I felt it was now an achievable goal to write my book more purposefully so my reader could really engage and connect with me. I also discovered how speaking about my story is another way of communicating the personal transformation I experienced, so I can share the process whilst writing the book and not necessarily wait until the book was published. What a relief!
I am now feeling more optimistic and confident about how to communicate with my target audience as well as the difference my story can make to those who read or hear it. I also have an increased awareness of exactly what steps to take to craft my story in a way that is accessible to people and will have the most impact. I am so grateful Dorit created this program as it has been a tremendous help to get me unstuck and flowing with my writing again. Thank you Dorit.

“With passion, heart and commitment, Dorit brings the power of story to life. Her appreciation of people’s stories is infectious and her ability to translate personal story into meta-story is such a valuable contribution to this crucial time in human evolution.
I am getting great personal benefit from this course, and I know that my client relationships and business are going to become more authentic, meaningful and successful as a result of the work I am doing with Dorit. Its great to be able to work with the information she is teaching through different formats. Both audio and written word/exercises are very effective at bringing the power of story to life and to relevance. Thank you Dorit!!”

In a rare show of honesty, Dorit Sasson, creatively shared her journey of living in a wartorn country and leaving her family and friends of many years to restart her life in a safer haven. Through her voice the culture shock of returning to one’s original home after years abroad is vividly felt – one is drawn into the experience and comes out on the other side changed.
Dear Dorit, Thank you for your wonderful performance on Sunday. It was a model for writers of narrative fiction, blending the outpouring of personal experience with the techniques of dramatic delivery. It moved from the specific detail of searching for a fig tree to the universal meanings of home.

“Dorit, you are clearly knowledgeable on teaching English language learners. The presentation was well-paced. You were loud, clear and enthusiastic. You’re a great listener to your audience. I learned that awareness is key to success.”
“The Power of Three workshop was enlightening. I will now incorporate “the power of three” in my lessons! Thank you Dorit!”
Thank you so much for coming out and speaking to the Middle College staff. The wealth of information was so knowledgeable and greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your time.

"I had the privilege of meeting Dorit in Maryland during a retreat for the Transformational Author Experience as part of an anthology called Pebbles in the Pond.
During the retreat, Dorit explained about her vision for empowering people who feel they don’t have a voice to develop their confidence to articulate their story in a way that opens them up to expression, empowerment and ability to help others.
I believe that Dorit’s powerful form of storytelling will have a significant impact on the world and is vital at this time of strife. Being able to speak up and ultimately help others to do the same is the beginning of where true transformation takes place.
Dorit is a passionate individual with a unique talent for storytelling, she captures peoples’ hearts, minds and souls with her enthusiasm for her gift and for her desire to help as many people as possible, especially those who have felt unheard during their lives.
Imagine the immense healing that could take place with this profound art form taking root and spreading all over the world!"

"I read your story, “The Best Way to Get In My Way,” from Pebbles in the Pond last night on the flight home from Asheville and I was blown away! I was so moved by your powerful words and beautiful expression and my heart was flooded with feelings. Brava, sister! You have such a profound gift and a compassionate, courageous heart. I feel like I know you in a way I couldn’t have before and I honor your magnificence. Thank you for sharing your story so eloquently. "

“Dorit – Thank you for such an inspirational story. I am finding it fascinating how each story gives such unique support for the transformational journey and the tools we can bring to it if we allow the inspirations to guide us. I also love the idea of allowing our life stories to lead the way and then your showing people how to tell their life stories. Thank you.”

“So beautifully written – I loved this:“Where do you think your life story could lead you – if you allowed it to lead the way?”and “What do you think you could gain, both personally and professionally, if you came out fully with your life story?” So many of us can only share our story with those “ready” to hear it, but these are the people I have found that deep connection with – when I listen to my inner voice, and trust it. There are so many of them now – it’s as if my worlds have shifted because I know I have shifted.”

I can hear your heart …singing from the big ripples you’ll make… Wishing you lots of love, light and beautiful blessings!!!
