Welcome to my stop of Hoppy Easter Eggstravaganza Giveaway Hop. Thanks to our host I Am A Reader, Not A Writer !
Here in the US, Easter sometimes coincides with the celebration of Passover. As a kid growing up in a very artsy-fartsy section of NYC known as Greenwich Village, I remember decorating Easter eggs for a few consecutive years. I loved watching how the eggs would turn their own variation of pinks, green and blues. I bought those Paaz sets (anybody in the US remember them?) and even managed to rub off some of the decals on the eggs. Inevitably, I would press too hard on them and a few would crack.
Now that I am a mom and responsible for raising my son in some Jewish way here in Pittsburgh, I don’t go the Easter egg route, but I still have found myself visiting those memories every year since Passover does coincide with Easter.
Anyhow, before checking the giveaway, please check this blog post http://angelasfreelancewriting.com/ And thank you. Now what’s for a giveaway – you may ask?
I have something A-M-A-Z-I-N-G to give away that I just KNOW you will love.
May 20th marks the global release of the amazing book, Pebbles in the Pond: Transforming the World, One Person at a Time of which I’m a contributor of my chapter, “The Best Time to Get in My Way.” Woo-hoo! And the book just made its way to print! Another Woo-hoo!
This book features the transformational stories of 40+ authors from around the globe including NYT bestsellers such as Sonia Choquette and Arielle Ford and some of my best soul brothers and sisters.
All you need to do to try and win this amazing book, is to leave a comment on this Giveaway blog post and I’ll randomly pick a name when the giveaway hop ends on the 12th of April! That’s it!
Oh and feel free to share your stories of transformation on the “Pebbles” site – http://pebblesinthepondbook.com/
You can also access your first four Preview chapters, which I know you’ll love.

For years, I put down my pen because of crushing health issues. When my doctor encouraged me to journal, the only thing I could write was, “The writing will save me.” I’m about to embark on the path once more. I believe your book will be one of the things to motivate me along the way. Thank you.
Oh, Michelle. This brings me great joy. I know your writing will bring you to a different place – one that you always needed to be. I am holding you in my heart and prayers. Here’s to your GREAT transformation. Yes!

I’m glad you enjoyed them, Chris. See you at the reading!
The idea to collect personal stories in one book is wonderful! Sure I’ll find some stories which close to my heart. This is exactly why I started my blog: to share my stories and ideas with those who are still reading more than one line. Congrats to Dorit and everyone who participated in this project! Let’s not give in to those who say: “it is not in my culture.” Open the eyes. Open the horizon. Listen to each other. We’ll find a lot of heatful melodies over there.
